Are you organised, reliable, and confident managing bookkeeping and administration tasks? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing family business.
About the Role
You’ll play an important role behind the scenes, helping keep our financials, administration, and business operations running smoothly across both bakery locations.
General bookkeeping and data entry
Accounts payable and receivable
Invoice processing and account reconciliation
Payroll support and staff administration
Managing supplier accounts and paperwork
General office administration and filing
Assisting management with reporting and operational tasks
Supporting both bakery locations as required
A dependable and self-motivated individual
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Able to work independently and manage priorities efficiently
Previous bookkeeping and administration experience preferred
Experience with Xero, MYOB, or similar accounting software
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential
Flexible part-time hours

Are you passionate about freshly baked bread, sweet treats, and creating memorable customer experiences? We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to help lead our warm and bustling family-owned bakery, where tradition meets community, and every customer is greeted like an old friend.
Your Role
As the Bakery / Café Manager, you’ll take full ownership of day-to-day operations, lead and develop your team, and ensure every customer walks away with a great experience (and maybe a croissant).
You’ll be the driving force behind a fast-paced, high-volume store — balancing leadership, organisation, and hands-on service, while creating a positive, high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all daily bakery and café operations
Manage, train, and motivate a small, tight-knit team
Ensure fast, efficient, and friendly customer service at all times
Oversee rostering, staffing, and team performance
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
Coordinate with the bakery team to ensure consistent product availability
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
Handle opening and closing procedures and overall store accountability
Be hands-on and lead from the front during busy service periods
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a management role within food service, café, or retail
A confident leader who can run a shift and keep things moving
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive, hands-on attitude — you’re not afraid to jump in where needed
Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
A genuine love for fresh food, community, and team culture
Flexibility to work early mornings and Saturdays.

Do you take pride in a clean, well-presented space and enjoy working independently? We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to support our bakery and ensure our environment remains spotless, safe, and welcoming.
You’ll play an important behind-the-scenes role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our bakery and workspaces. This is a hands-on role that helps support the smooth day-to-day running of our business.
General cleaning of kitchen, front-of-house, and back-of-house areas
Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
Following daily and weekly cleaning schedules
Ensuring all areas are consistently clean, organised, and well presented
Assisting with end-of-day cleans and periodic deep cleaning tasks
Handling cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
A dependable and self-motivated individual
Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not essential
Takes pride in their work and contributes positively to the team
